Semaphore Landscaping Project

Our brief from the client was to compliment the modern lines of this building with low maintenance landscaping.

This was achieved out the back by paving around the rear of the property, the pool and down both sides using a honed paver which the client supplied.

As the front of the property was split level we built garden beds and inverted steps accross the front  out of bessa block and rendered the front of it the same color as the house and used a charcoal cap on top to match the pavers, we formed garden beds up against the verandah accross the front of the house and along the fence linking to the bottom level of garden beds accross the front of the property.

To save water artificial turf was used on the upper level and provides a good contrast to the pavers and garden bed, for convenience manual drip irrigation was installed to all the garden beds and  the client has selected an iceberg rose to use in the garden beds.

The driveway has been finished off with a charcoal paver in a stretcher bond pattern with a flat header and goes all the way to the road.

Very low maintenance garden and landscaping that complimented this home.
